An American home with Mediterranean influences, classic and contemporary. 

This wellness oasis is the home of a couple with a lot of children and grandchildren. It is located in a beautiful site next to the South Oyster Bay in Long Island, NY. 

The design responds to the clients desires in terms of program, views to the bay and south sunlight orientation. It respects the flooding limits and heights, creating a pool cascading landscape that connects the ground level of the house to the waterfront and boat deck. It use warm and minimal materials creating a cozy and sophisticated environment.
