DESCRIPTION
Though urban regulations do not prescribe it, the house leaves an ample open space in front, where the best orientation and views are. The swimming pool is located there. This open gardened space is the origin of the project. Under it there is an indoor swimming pool, sunlightened by a sunken courtyard in its south side. At the other side of this courtyard, another window opens to the second basement underneath. These openings between levels appear in other areas of the buildings like the living room and the rear north zone, providing natural lighting and diagonal relations all over the four floors of the house.
